For Givers
-

By scanning a unique QR code, you can see the person's profile and give directly to them - secure and cashless, and without needing to download an app.
-
No. Simply scan the recipient's QR code with your phone's camera. Their profile will open instantly in your browser - no app download required.

-
Yes. All payments are processed by Ozow, a licensed South African payment service provider. mili never sees or stores your banking credentials or card details.
-
The amount you choose is the amount you give. A small transaction fee may be applied by Ozow or your bank - this is outside of mili's control.
-
Payments made through the Platform are voluntary and final. If you believe an error occurred, please contact us at info@givewithmili.co.za and we will do our best to assist.
-
Payments are processed via Ozow, which supports EFT payments from all major South African banks including Absa, Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, and Standard Bank.
-
Your full gift goes to the recipient. mili currently charges no platform fee. The only deduction is a small transaction fee charged by Ozow, our payment partner - 1.5% of the transaction amount (minimum R1.00) on the giver's side, and R2.00 per payout to the recipient. mili does not profit from your gift.
