For Givers

Scan the person's mili QR code, view their profile, choose an amount, and complete your payment securely through our payment partner, Ozow. The whole process takes less than a minute.

Yes. All payments are processed by Ozow, a licensed South African payment service provider. mili never sees or stores your banking credentials or card details.

Your giving can be completely anonymous. If you'd like, you can include an optional reference or short message of encouragement that the recipient will see - but sharing your identity is never required.

The amount you choose is the amount you give. A small transaction fee may be applied by Ozow or your bank - this is outside of mili's control.

Yes. When you give, you can choose to cover the transaction fees yourself. You'll pay a little extra, and the person you're supporting receives your full intended amount - so every cent of your kindness reaches them.

Payments made through the Platform are voluntary and final. If you believe an error occurred, please contact us at info@givewithmili.co.za and we will do our best to assist.

Payments are processed via Ozow, which supports EFT payments from all major South African banks including Absa, Capitec, FNB, Nedbank, and Standard Bank.

mili takes no platform fee and never profits from your contribution. The only deductions are small transaction fees from our payment partner, Ozow - 1.5% of the amount (minimum R1.00) on the giver's side, and R2.00 per payout to the recipient. If you'd like the recipient to receive your full intended amount, you can choose to cover these fees yourself when you give.
